GeoTracker is the State Water Resources Control Board's site-record system. A GeoTracker site record or dated statewide export can provide a source fact for a property review. Keep the specific record and date with the method used to compare it to the property.

Why it matters

A GeoTracker result may identify a Water Board program record relevant to a Cortese List review. Record the export date or source version, record identifier, query date, and property-matching method. The dated source matters because a later export can differ from the one originally reviewed.

What it does not establish

A GeoTracker record does not establish that the record is within the property boundary, describe current site conditions, or decide the project's CEQA significance. No record returned from a GeoTracker search does not establish that no condition exists or that other statutory source categories are complete.

Primary source

GeoTracker Sites CSV is a dated statewide site export published by the State Water Resources Control Board.
